ZUMBA

A high-spirited, high-powered rhythmic dance experience that combines body, mind, and spirit in an energetic union of fitness and fun! Inspired by the people of Latin America, India, Africa & Jayne’s own crazypb,Participants are constantly engaged and entertained with the variety of rhythms including salsa, merengue, samba, belly dancing, cumbia, flamenco, reggaeton, capoeira and more. Accompanied by some of the best world music, this electrifying class loosens up the body and exposes you to a part of dance culture that is much more fun than you can imagine until you try it. This class is accessible to everyone, all ages and backgrounds, yet it is no doubt one of the greatest toning and cardio workouts in the valley!!

Hip Hop/Street dance

This is an original class designed by Jayne. With her combined lifetime experience of dance, yoga and fitness, this class brings all elements together in a challenging, but appropriate for all levels, series of earthy yet edgy dance inspired combinations. This class is perfect for anyone bored in the same-old, same-old fitness class. Lots of fun yet easy to follow choreography blending street dance, jazz, funk, latin and hip hop music and movement. You are sure to get your sweat on, your funk on, your dancin smile!! Bring sneakers.

Core Technique
Jayne Gottlieb

This class is intended to help build a strong foundation and breakdown some of the moves used in other classes, while strengthening and toning muscles to create that tight dancer’s body. Class will be “Zumba-like” in style and certainly a work out designed to keep the regular dancer in shape. Class will consist of a lengthened, yoga-inspired warm-up, some isolation and turn technique, a fun and athletic combination, and finally an extended warm down to stretch out the body and increase flexibility.

teach everything from the basics to the hottest turns. Both instructors have the most friendly, non-intimidating, and approachable styles as they teach everyone to become a rockstar. Men's Street Dance

A Hip Hop Dance Class Fusing Classic Party Dance Moves, Popping & Locking Drills, Basic Breaking combos with a touch of New Skool Hip Hop Energy. Plus, Injury Prevention & Health and Wellness tips as you begin class with a thorough warm-up and stretch. Loosen up, and let loose after a long week. By taking street dance, you will discover new ways to control and release your movements so your style has both precision and fluidity. This class is meant for men who want to have more fun dancing. This is a non-intimidating class designed to make you feel good about your moves as well as challenge your mind and body while getting a great workout. Wear activewear and sneakers!ers.
